dx0 can now answer a new class of Salesforce questions that metadata alone can’t solve — questions about what is actually happening in live records. Examples:

“Why didn’t this lead assignment run?”
“Why is this duplicate rule still letting records through?”
“What changed in production today?” When this feature is on, the agent can run read-only Salesforce queries automatically when needed. You don’t have to tell it when to query — it decides as part of its normal reasoning flow.

How it works

Read-only only: the agent can query data, never modify it.
Automatic, not manual: the agent chooses when live data is required.
Scoped to your connected orgs: it only runs in your configured dx0 environment.
Built-in safety limits: results are bounded so responses stay focused. If live data access is off, the agent can still help by writing the query for you to run manually.

How to enable it

Data access is off by default. There are 2 steps:

Support enablement (dx0 side): contact us first so your account can use the feature.
Account activation (your side): once unlocked, the account owner can turn it on in Account Settings → Data Access. After that, it’s live.

Privacy and trust layer

Before anything reaches the LLM, data passes through dx0’s trust layer:

PII-like fields are automatically redacted on dx0 servers
Sensitive values are replaced before model processing
The agent cannot expose raw sensitive values, even if asked This is not a separate config

This document is a summary for customers and prospects. It is not a substitute for our Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum (DPA), Security Page, or Sub-processor list — those remain the authoritative sources and are linked at the end.

General compliance and security posture

HappySoup Ltd is (trading as dx0) an Irish company and operates strictly within the GDPR framework. Our contracts, Terms of Service, DPAs, and related documentation have all been drafted in accordance with European law, with a documented legal basis for each type of processing we carry out — set out in full in our Terms. HappySoup Ltd is also ISO 27001 certified (Certificate No. 26ISMS-1158), confirming that our information security management practices have been independently validated by external auditors.

What dx0 does

dx0's core functionality is to retrieve configuration metadata from source systems (currently Salesforce, with support for additional systems planned) and use AI to explain that configuration so operators can understand how their system is set up.

Two categories of PII

In the course of providing this service, dx0 may process:

Our customer's own PII — e.g. Salesforce usernames and emails of the people using dx0.
PII belonging to our customer's own end clients — where such data is contained within the source system being analyzed (e.g. Salesforce). Full detail on the types of data

Workspaces in dx0 (Client Separation)

In dx0, a workspace is a dedicated space for one client. If you’re a consulting firm working with multiple clients, the best practice is to create one workspace per client. This keeps each client’s data and activity separated while still letting your team operate from a single dx0 account.

What lives inside a workspace

A workspace contains that client’s working context, including:

connected Salesforce orgs
AI chat and conversation history
saved knowledge articles
uploaded files and notes
workspace-specific settings and configuration Because these are workspace-scoped, your team can safely work across many clients without mixing data.

How to create a workspace

You can create a workspace directly from the sidebar user menu:

Open the menu in the sidebar footer (your profile/avatar area).
In the Workspace section, click New workspace.
Enter a workspace name (for example, your client name).
Choose a color for the workspace.
Click Create. After creation, dx0 switches you into the new workspace automatically.

How to switch workspaces

From the same sidebar menu:

Open the sidebar footer menu.
Under Switch to, click the workspace you want.
dx0 switches context to that workspace. This ensures what you see in the app (orgs, conversations, files, etc.) always matches the selected client workspace.
